The Latest Model [for reddit]

There's an idea in philosophy called "henosis" that is the key driver in my daily practice. The founder of the [durable] Neoplatonist school said that to achieve henosis one had to "take away everything". Used as proposed below, the first mantra makes this un-being state readily accessible, while maximizing blood oxygen levels without hyperventilation. This post is the whole entire "book"  so please forgive the occasional use of bold typeface. The practice is mentally refreshing and physically invigorating. It's also free and  easy . I use the first mantra. Because the first mantra represents and replicates the sounds of an exhale and an inhale,  it becomes the meditator's "thoughts"  and it's eventually replaced by the sound, feeling and vibration of exhaling and inhaling, leaving the meditator thoughtless, mindless . Message to the reddit meditation mods

 I've been banned before for posting too many links to my free website at agi21st.org. I was receiving positive responses to the practice described there, and just as I do now, I always tried to respond to people who have issues like OCD, ADHD and things like that.  After the experience of being banned I knew I had to create a reddit-rules friendly post, which I've done. In a way, the basic how-to description on the reddit post is more concise and efficient.  This is an example of the type of response I get : "Yeah I've been playing with different techniques for a while now. Been going through some really bad withdrawal symptoms and this technique cuts through my anxiety like a knife. Thank you so much" I really don't want to be banned again. The possible problem I see is that because my reddit-friendly post is, as I said, concise and efficient so with minor OP-specific changes, I use it continually and to positive effect.
